On 9/13/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Phillip M. Majors, age 34, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse (2 Counts). Majors was located at his residence in the 400 block of West 5th Street. Majors was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
