On 9/10/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Steven D. Forrester, age 42, of Mt. Carmel, on an Illinois Department of Corrections Warrant for his arrest. Forrester was located at his residence in the 1000 block of Parrish Street where he was taken into custody. Forrester was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending extradition back to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
