Traffic stop leads to arrest of Princeton man for driving on a suspended license

On September 9, 2019 at 8 p.m. Gibson County Deputy Zach Lienemann conducted a traffic stop on a Blue 1992 Buick passenger car for failing to have working rear lights on the vehicle. Upon initiating a traffic stop on the vehicle on Broadway near Embree Deputy Lienemann identified the driver as 32 year old Joshua Brubaker of Princeton. During a roadside investigation Deputy Lienemann ran Mr. Brubaker through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and discovered that Mr. Brubaker was driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction for driving while suspended. At that point Deputy Lienemann placed Mr. Brubaker into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended / Prior. He has since posted a $650 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
