Mt. Carmel Police arrested 40 year old Crystal R. McGillem of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County deceptive practice warrant. Police located McGillem in the 1100 block of W. 4th Street and placed her under arrest. McGillem was taken to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $500.00 bond.
