07/28/2019- Mt. Carmel Police arrested 33 year old Caleb M. Rayborn on a probation violation warrant.  Police located Rayborn in the area of 6th and Chestnut Street and placed him under arrest.  He was then transported to the Wabash County Jail where he is being held without bond.
