On 7/15/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Hannah E. Rutledge, age 19, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Rutledge was found to be a passenger in a vehicle stop near the 800 block of Oak Street. Rutledge was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
