On 7/16/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Wanda R. Winters, age 41, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended, Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration, and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East 9th Street. Winters was also found to have an Edwards County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Winters was taken to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued her charges and warrant then held pending the posting of bond.
