On 7/13/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Nicholas T.E. Lamar, age 28, of Mt. Carmel, for Assault following a complaint to an address in the 400 block of Ash Street. While investigating the complaint officers found evidence to indicate an assault had been committed by Lamar against another resident in the home. Lamar was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
