On 7/12/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested April N. Stewart, age 37, of Keenes, IL, for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Vehicle following a traffic stop in the 900 block of North Market Street. Stewart was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
