On 7/13/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Brandy L. Bruce, age 29, of Evansville, IN, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Bruce was located outside of a residence on Lambert Dr. Bruce was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Bruce was issued her warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
