On 7/05/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Tanya Boan, age 34, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Boan was found riding a bike in the area of 3rd & Bellmont St. Boan was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was held pending the posting of bond.
