On 6/29/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Christopher R. Cochrane, age 47, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Cochrane was observed in the 200 block of North Walnut Street where he placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Cochrane was held pending the posting of bond.
