On 6/06/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Craig A. Leeper, age 31, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Theft Warrant.  Leeper was observed in the 700 block of Poplar Street where he was taken into custody.  Leeper was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the bonding of bond.
