On 5/28/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Sabra B. Mathis, age 26, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Mathis was stopped in the area of 10th & Chestnut Street and taken into custody without incident.  Mathis was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was served and held pending the posting of bond.
