On 4/24/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Marek Nowak, age 51, of Des Plaines, IL, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Nowak was observed in the area of 4th & Chestnut Street where he was placed under arrest at this time.  Nowak was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of a $300 cash bond.
