On 4/18/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jesika R. Moreno, age 26, and Jacob M. Brown, age 27, both of Mt. Carmel, for Disorderly Conduct.  Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1400 block of West 3rd Street regarding a domestic dispute that could be heard from a nearby resident.  Once officers arrived to the area they spoke to the complainant as well as the involved parties.  At that time charges were signed against the couple for Disorderly Conduct due to their repeated breaches of the peace in the neighborhood.  Both were taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail.  Upon arrival both were charged and held pending the posting of bond.
