03/06/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 43 year old Darick L. Loving of Mt. Carmel on a failure to appear warrant out of Wabash County.  Police knew of the warrant and observed him walking out of Family Dollar on Walnut Street.  Loving was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $200.00.
