03/02/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 26 year old Brandon L. Garrett of Mt. Carmel on two narcotics charges.  Garrett has been charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine after the vehicle he was a passenger in was stopped by MCPD Officers. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Garrett was in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  Police transported him to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with one count of possession of methamphetamine. 

On Monday, Garrett was also charged with delivery of methamphetamine.  Garrett is accused of selling methamphetamine to an undercover agent working with the Mt. Carmel Police Department.  Garrett is being held pending the posting of bond.
