03/02/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 24 year old Brandon S. Cooper of Mt. Carmel after police obtained an arrested warrant charging him with aggravated battery to a police officer.  An off-duty Wabash County Deputy observed Cooper in a 2012 Chevrolet and notified Mt. Carmel City Police.  Cooper was located in the area of 3rd and Walnut Street.  Cooper was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail   where he is being held pending the posting of $7,538.00.
