On 3/28/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Heather M. Hall, age 31, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Hall was observed in the 400 block of Poplar Street and placed under arrest.  Hall was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
