On 03/24/2019-Mt. Carmel Police stopped a 2007 Chrysler in the area of Bellmont Street and W. 1st Street.  The stop resulted in the driver and two passengers being arrested for multiple warrants.  Police arrested the driver, Kelly R. Noble, age 46, of French Lick, Indiana after it was discovered she was wanted on warrants out of Richland and Lawrence County.  Noble was also cited for driving while suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.  Mt. Carmel then arrested 37 year old Ryan Bearden of Mt. Carmel after it was discovered he was wanted on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant.  Bearden was arrested on the warrant and also charged with being in possession of a hypodermic needle.  A third person was identified as Dakota J. Koonce, age 24 year, of Mt. Carmel. Koonce was arrested on a Lawrence County failure to appear warrant.  All three subjects were transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of bond.
