On 03/24/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 31 year old Michael R. Dean of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped by Mt. Carmel Police.  Police arrested Dean on a Knox County warrant and transported him to the Wabash County Jail.  Dean was held pending extradition to Indiana.
