03/26/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 19 year old Michael G. Whipkey of Mt. Carmel after police located him in the 500 block of Cedar Street.  Police placed Whipkey under arrest on a failure to appear warrant out of Wabash County.  Whipkey was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of bond.
