On 3/22/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Shawn Swift, age 38, of Grayville, IL, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Swift was found to be a passenger in a red Suzuki that was stopped in the 200 block of West 9th Street.  Swift was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he is being held pending the posting of bond.
