On 3/22/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Tommy L. Askren, age 37, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Askren was observed in the 1100 block of Poplar Street and taken into custody.  Askren was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
