03/15/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 51 year old Donna J. Belka of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County warrant charging her with deceptive practice.  Donna was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was held pending the posting of $500.00 cash bond.
