03/11/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 60 year old Jeffrey S. Keepes of Mt. Carmel.  Police were able to obtain a Wabash County warrant charging Keepes with theft.  Keepes was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $500.00 cash.
