03/08/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 22 year old Jessilynn P. Lutz of Mt. Carmel after she was stopped by Mt. Carmel Police.  Lutz was placed under arrest after officers were notified she was wanted on a Wabash County failure to appear warrant.  Lutz was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Lutz was then served the $200 cash bond warrant.
