02/26/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 31 year old Samantha L. Barnett of Mt. Carmel after police were called to a residence in the 1100 block of Market Street.  When police arrived on scene they were told that Barnett struck her ex-husband in the face.  Barnett was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged with one count of domestic battery.  Barnett was held pending the posting and setting of bond.
