02/25/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 42 year old Frank E. Shoultz of Mt. Carmel after police were able to secure an arrest warrant charging him with delivery of methamphetamine.  Shoultz is accused of selling methamphetamine during an undercover operation conducted by the Mt. Carmel Police Department.  Police went to his residence and placed Shoultz under arrest and transported him to the Wabash County Jail.  Shoultz was served the warrant and was cited for allowing his dog to run at large.  Shoultz is being held pending the posting of $5,000 cash bond.
