02/17/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested two individuals after a 911 open line led police to 1120 Landes Street.  During the course of the investigation police determined that a 17 year old and an 18 year old were under the influence of alcohol.  The 18 year old was identified as Austin E. Dewus of Patoka, Indiana.  Dewus and the 17 year old were arrested, cited and turned over to a legal guardian.
