02/14/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 45 year old Derrick D. Everett of Mt. Carmel after police stopped him walking in the area of 3rd and Oak Street.  During the stop police located a suspected methamphetamine pipe on his person.  Everett was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.  Everett was held pending the posting of $150.00 cash bond.
