1/28/2019-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 27 year old Brian M. Potter of Mt. Carmel after a warrant for his arrest was issued after he failed to show for a court appearance.  Potter was spotted walking in the area of 10th and Cedar Street and placed under arrest.  Potter was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was held pending the posting of $300.00 cash bond.
