On 12/20/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Michael E. Welch, age 56, of Kenney, IL, for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at 3rd & Walnut Street on an unrelated traffic offense.  Welch was placed under arrest and transported to the Wabash County Jail.  Welch was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
