On 12/20/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Domenic Migliarese II, age 28, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Migliarese was observed in the 700 block of Poplar Street where he was taken into custody.  Migliarese was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
