Long-time Wabash County Assessor Debbie Gittings said goodbye to County Commissioners on Monday. After 33 years of service, this was Gitting’s last meeting before the county board. She is retiring at the end of the year. The Board appointed Gittings’ assistant, Connie Larry, to take over on an interim basis, pending successful completion of her testing and certification.
