On 11/07/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Donald Scott Baird, age 48, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant. Baird was located at a residence in the 300 block of N Cherry Street where he was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Baird was held pending the posting of bond
