On 11/28/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Matthew D. Swift, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, on an Edwards County Warrant for Failure to Appear.  Swift was observed at 6th & Market Street where he was stopped and placed under arrest.  Swift was taken to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
