On 11/19/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joshua W. Manley, age 26, of Mt. Carmel, for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Walnut Street. During the stop it was discovered Manley was operating the black Dodge on a Suspended License and was placed under arrest. Manley was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
