On 11/23/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Jennifer L. Swift, age 37, of Mt. Carmel, for Criminal Damage to Property following a dispute at a residence in the 1400 block of West 3rd Street. During the dispute it was alleged that Swift attempted to pry open a door to the residence causing damage. A complaint was signed against Swift and she was placed under arrest. Swift was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
