On 11/24/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Richard H. Perry III, age 43, of Mt. Carmel, for Assault, following a dispute in the 100 block of Chestnut Street. During the dispute it was alleged that Perry threatened another person with a knife during the argument. A complaint was signed against Perry and he was placed under arrest. Perry was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
