On 11/17/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joseph A. Stevens, age 38, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant following a traffic stop at 10th & Chestnut Street. Also arrested was the driver, Stephanie R. Stevens, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, for No Valid Driver’s License as her license was expired since 2009. Both were transported to the Wabash County Jail where they were charged and held pending the posting of bond.
