On 11/08/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Heath E. Stone, age 36, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Possession of Firearm without a FOID Card. Stone was located at his residence in the 200 block of E 9th Street. Stone was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
