County Assessor Debbie Gittings, who is retiring at the end of the year, reports that Connie Larry from her office is moving quickly towards having the right credentials to become a full-time assessor herself. Gittings told county commissioners this week that Larry has completed her qualifying course for her C-I-A-O designation and has received her certificate. Larry is now waiting to participate in the State Wide Exam for Supervisor of Assessment as soon as it is scheduled locally.
