On 10/04/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Kimberly L. Lowry, age 35, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant.  Lowry was located in the 400 block of N Walnut St. where she was taken into custody.  Lowry was transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was served the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
