On 10/21/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Pamela K. Milligan, age 56, of Princeton, IN, for Driving While License Revoked following a traffic stop at 3rd & Walnut Street. Milligan was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged and held pending the posting of bond.
