On 10/21/19 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joshua Hardy, age 35, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Warrant for Deceptive Practice. Hardy had come to the police department on an unrelated matter. Hardy was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was issued the warrant and held pending the posting of bond.
