The Mt. Carmel City Council has awarded the 2019 cemetery mowing contract to a local firm. At their meeting Monday night, commissioners awarded the contract to Clean Cut Lawn Care for $27,000. Clean Cut was one of three bidders, but the only one that submitted a bid in compliance with the bid guidelines set forth by the city.
