On 9/01/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Joshua J.P. Wirth, age 22, of Mt. Carmel on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant for his arrest.  Wirth was observed as a passenger in a vehicle near 9th & Oak Street.  A traffic stop was conducted and Wirth was placed under arrest.  During the arrest officers located suspected synthetic cannabis and a smoking pipe on his person.  Wirth was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was served the warrant and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Wirth was held pending the bond posting of $350 cash bond.
