On 9/06/18 Mt. Carmel Police arrested Christopher R. Shelby, age 39, of Mt. Carmel, on a Wabash County Failure to Appear Warrant for Felony Theft.  Shelby was located in an apartment at 1230 North Walnut Street. Shelby was transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was served the warrant and held on a $2000 cash bond.
